We just turned the calendar over to October, which marks the start of the fourth quarter of 2020.
Now, I don’t know if you know this but…
Since 2000, the Dow has averaged just 0.91% annualized return over the first three quarters of the year…
And 17.83% during Q4.
And since 1946?
Q4 leads 14.71% to 4.53% in the first three quarters (both annualized).
Listen, my point is this…
RIGHT NOW is the time to be in stocks.
Now, next week we’re going to start looking at the different ways in which the election could play out…
And how the markets could respond in each of those scenarios.
But, regardless of what happens, the data clearly show that Q4 is a time when you want to have some exposure to stocks.
And I just alerted my Insider Report members to a hot new stock opportunity earlier today.
This stock came across my radar a couple weeks ago when I spotted two significant trades from corporate executives within the firm.
First, the President and CEO picked up 294,507 shares for a personal investment of $3 million.
What’s more, this is his first insider buy despite being the company’s chief executive for over a decade.
At the same time, a prominent company director invested $100,000 in stock.
And while that’s a smaller investment in total dollars, the trade represents 83% of her 2019 cash salary from the firm.
Now as far as the company itself, it’s a money management firm that operates more than 200 exchange traded funds…
With approximately $1.143 trillion in assets under management.
In fact, if you have money in a 401k, there’s a good chance you own one of this company’s products.
The firm earns a profit through management fees — receiving a small piece of every dollar invested on an annual basis.
As stock and asset prices rise, so does the firm’s revenue.
Yet despite the financial boom over the last several years, this company’s stock has fallen.
Insiders are taking advantage of this price discrepancy…
And investors would be wise to do the same.
Now if you haven’t viewed my in-depth training webinar in which I walk you through the entire insider trading methodology…
Including the little-known SEC “rule” that makes it all possible…
